Before Booking
Queries: You will find a lot of information about each of our holidays on this site, however if you want to know anything else do call one of our consultants and they'll be happy to help. Contact us.
Availability: You will need to check on availability with us for each holiday. Please just let us know which trip you're interested in and we'll come back to you as soon as we can with an answer (usually 24 hours max). Contact us.
Security: It is always good to be sure of the government's travel advice for the country you're considering travelling to. www.fco.gov.uk/travel
Financial Protection: Booking with us means that you are 100% financially protected through our AITO bond and ATOL licence. Read more ...

Flights: We are ATOL-bonded (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) and we are happy to book any flights for these holidays.
Alternatively, you can book your own flight, and we are happy to advise you as to which airport is the most suitable for each trip.
We strongly recommend that you do not confirm any flights until you know that your holiday is confirmed.
Passports, visas, vaccinations: You are responsible for ensuring that you have a passport, visa and any required vaccinations. Please see our information guidelines about the requirements, but note that information can change even at short notice, so always double check. Click here for details.
To book a holiday
Booking form & Deposit: We need a completed booking form and £250 pp deposit (or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure) in order to arrange your trip. Please find the relevent forms to be downloaded here:
Confirmation: Once we have received your booking form and payment, we will confirm your holiday in writing.
NB: Up until this point we can not guarantee that the services you want will be available. If we can not confirm what you want and you do not want any alternative arrangements we suggest, we will return your deposit. We recommend that you do not incurr related costs until you have final confirmation of your trip.
Once we confirm your services in writing, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and any future changes may incurr costs.
Insurance: It is a compulsory requirement that you are adequately insured before travelling with us. You need good medical, repatriation and baggage cover, and we'd highly recommend cancellation insurance (in case you've paid for your holiday then can't travel through illness etc). After booking
Information packs: Once you have booked with us, you will receive an information pack which will include:
- Confirmation letter.
- Final, confirmed itinerary.
- Receipt and invoice.
- Suggested packing list.
- Travelling with Respect guidelines.
- Destination Information sheet.
- "Important Preparations Before You Travel" sheet (about visas, vaccinations, flights, insurance etc).
- Joining instructions.
